Well not really cashout but I simply forgot to put my payment method. Linkworth pays every 10th of the month. I chose PayPal as the payment method as I can withdraw directly via ATM card with a USD1 per withdrawal fee.

Well my sister has a US resident address and her PayPal account allows her to have a PayPal ATM/debit card that can withdraw from any ATM with the Cirrus logo.
