Using Powerdropping.com links has been useful but I found that many have become outdated as a result of members removing their Entrecard or even removing their blogs totally. The author of Powerdropping says he will update the list but I think that’s a daunting task and he can be forgiven for not refreshing the list for quite some time already.

Why not make the list dynamic and by votes. If one card is reported to be ‘out’ (too slow/removed/blog not there) then a minimum vote will ensure it will be dropped from the list of 300. All this has to be done automatically as manual maintenance is just not possible.
