Hong Kiat back to PR Zero?

Today I was going to write a post about blogs with /blog folders and their PR and saw that HongKiat.com is back down to Page Rank Zero (PR 0/10).
I thought that must be a mistake but I checked with my FireFox toolbar, SelfSeo PR Checker and LivePR too. All showed PR 0. My last list showed HongKiat restored from a PR 0 to PR 4. That was only about a month ago.

i hate it when a hotel charges extra for internet access.

According to Hong Kiat’s own comment (at his site) he doesn’t mind, so it’s ok I guess.
