Yesterday I was pleased to see searches on Google.com (not Google.com.my) finally returned my website in the first position. I waited till today to see if it stayed that way and it did!

So here it is, I’m finally no. 1 on Google search for “Andrew Ooi“:

You may think this blog was to be another “blogging tips” or “how to make money online”-type blog but it isn’t. The main purpose I set up this blog was to “kill Prof. Andrew Ooi” (sharing the same name as mine) who took the no. 1 position for much of last year. I finally did it. To think it has taken 11 months to do this !!!

The professor is now in 2nd and 3rd place.

My target now is to erase the prof. from the first page of the search results (evil laugh) :)
