Heavy Rain-Stuck in Starbucks
I was just leaving Pearl Point shopping complex in Old Klang Road to go home when it suddenly rained heavily. Poor guard had to run out to remove the pole blown over in the middle of the road.
So I turned back to walk around in Pearl Point. They have a Starbucks on the ground floor just beside Pearl Hotel.
Hmmmm.. cosy.
It’s still raining heavily outside. So I bought a cup of coffee (RM 6,83 plus tax) and use the WiFi.
I seat myself on one of the low sofas though I know I’m going to get a backache if I sit too long 
I’m not the only one surfing. I count 3 notebooks open too.
Speed is decent. Watched a YouTube video of Emmy Rostum’s song - Slow Me Down.
Some people from a seminar from the Hotel. They used the nice sofa and table to have a mini meeting of sorts. But they didn’t buy any drinks or food from Starbucks!! Freeloaders ( that’s why I cover their eyes so they won’t be embarassed if they see this post) !!
Hmmm.. looks like Starbucks staff don’t mind …
But personally I would be a bit embarrassed just sitting here and browsing for free without paying for anything (so pai seh )

huh if you always work on your blogging everyday on Starbucks I think you really wasted alot $$ on your drinks oh! if mean IF

No la - not everyday to Starbucks. Only once only so far.
It’s because my streamyx account got problems these few days so I had to go out to use the internet. Mainly go to the mamak shop instead of Starbucks.

yup…it is pretty bad yesterday..everywhere was flooding
