Not only does Rosette serve western and asian dishes, I saw that they even have a Japanese menu. Just like in the blogging world, if you are the pioneer or early adopter, you must innovate and keep ahead of the field. Guess this cafe/restaurant has become very versatile in what they offer. I walked around the other eateries and it is off peak season with many locals having gone back to work. However the business in the pioneer shops - Roselane, Rosette and Downtown have very good business - judging from their lunch hour crowd.

Anyway back to the food ..

Rosette Cafe also serves Japanese food. Tried the Yaki Udon. Rarely take Japanese food so I don’t know what the other food were in the menu.

The Yaki Udon is priced at RM 8. I don’t how to compare the price of this as there are no other eateries I know off. But I think it’s pretty reasonable.


Believe it or not, this is the first time I’ve eaten Udon :)

Tastes something like Lou See Fan. With lots of fish meat slices. Not bad .. not bad ..
