I started my Malaysia Wiki  (http://malaysia.maribelajar.com) as a for-fun-web-project to learn more about Wikis. However a detail check with my Adsense dashboard reveals that it has surpassed my 2 main blog sites.

Both blogs are about chess and they usually get more traffic and Adsense clicks compared to the wiki. A few months ago that changed. I still don’t know why!

Now I see that the Wiki earnings is double my two chess websites combined. I have to say I put a lot more effort into my chess site than the wiki. I rarely ever update the Wiki.

Maybe, I’ll have to reverse the emphasis and concentrate on the Wiki. Also another interesting fact to note is that the last Google Page Rank update reduced my wiki’s PR3 to Unranked. However that has no effect on the revenue as it has been steadily increasing.
