Zerofied Google PR!

Google PR, Online Revenue
What is Google up to? I checked this morning and looks like they not only reduced PR but reset it back all the way to ZERO!
Here are some Malaysian blogs that I found to have PR 0 today:-
- http://ahpek.com
- http://joshualai.blogspot.com/(Malaysian blogger currently living in China)
I used LivePR.info to check multiple datacentres and they all came out zero. This effectively means I too have all my blogs that I used for sponsored post now set to a BIG ZERO. There is a slim possibility that the data is wrong and I sure hope they are!
PS: Here’s another non-Malaysian posties went to PR 0:

Hongkiat.com as well I think. I was there this morning and its O.
November 15th, 2007 at 2:52 pm
Bwahahahaa!!! If that is the case, then I can bantai away all the paid post without worries liao!!
November 15th, 2007 at 3:04 pm
no la.. still have to wait 30 days right? Some posts have not cleared and paid thru PayPal. Anyway the data might be wrong or this is just temporary.
I suspect this may be a massive ‘zerofying’ operation as I see more and more blogs going zero. As a comparison I take a look at LiewCF.com, ProBlogger.net and JohnChow.com just to know my PageRank bar status is correct. And it’s correct
I’ve added Hongkiat, Longkang and PabloPabla blogs to the list.

haiyo.. hope this wave will end
November 15th, 2007 at 3:10 pm
More than that. Now my other blogs are also at zero save for 3 blogs at blogger which are dormant.
November 15th, 2007 at 5:02 pm
so what does this mean? Touch a paid post and immediately get a PR 0 ??
November 15th, 2007 at 5:58 pm
wow……that was a close call..my malaysia property website at http://www.syiok.com had just requested reconsideration and gain back to PR3.
why andrewooi.blogspot.com kena also….meaning ppp also will get demoted?
November 15th, 2007 at 5:59 pm
correct me if i am wrong…liewcf.com johnchow.com all also kena
November 15th, 2007 at 6:11 pm
You are wrong. LiewCF.com and JohnChow.com got their PR drop to 4 and 5 respectively on the first or second round of update. After that, no more changes. They kept their PR. The blogs listed above, were mostly penalised stage by stage until finally today they are PR 0.

All zero lah
nobody got PR now.. Google must have screwed something on their servers.. firefighting now..
November 15th, 2007 at 9:19 pm
Two of my fellow sabahan blogger is having PR 0 also….papajoneh.com and mrbadak.com…I just got back my PR 3 status…
November 15th, 2007 at 10:57 pm
still PR 4, never change.
November 15th, 2007 at 11:05 pm
@Michael Woo
Looks like it’s not an accident. Most likely intentional on Google part.
@nimrodjo
That’s sad. Added the links to the list.
@WTJ
Yours is not ‘qualified’ for demotion. No paid post
Lucky you!
November 16th, 2007 at 9:13 am
nice.. mine still stuck at same place as last time.. 3
November 16th, 2007 at 10:35 am
My blog is demoted from PR4 to PR0 in two weeks time!
But I wonder my another blog which write a lot of paid post still remain PR3 >.<”
November 16th, 2007 at 5:30 pm
Last round of demotions all my blogs went from 5 to 4. Recent round from 4-3/2. Now all 0! Hahaha. Doesn’t matter. I am in the club of the elite 0. Will just blog on and on and on. Hahaha.
November 16th, 2007 at 6:42 pm
why liewcf didnt slapped by Google?huhu
November 16th, 2007 at 8:31 pm
Who says Google updates PR once in a quarter… We now have it every alternate week.
November 17th, 2007 at 12:38 am
add me to the non Malaysian links who went to zero..i saw my pr 4 disappear yesterday with no explanatiom
November 17th, 2007 at 1:40 pm
my blog went from PR-4 to PR2- and now to PR-0..
this is very shocking!
i hope this is only temporary.
November 17th, 2007 at 4:33 pm
http://www.planetmy.com/blog PR0 now
November 18th, 2007 at 8:27 am
Thanks for linking to MomReviews. It went from PR0 to PR2 for about two weeks, then back down to PR0. My other blog Table for Five went from PR4 to PR3 and now to PR0. It is so frustrating. And CNN.com is still PR9 and they sell ads on their blog! Same with NYTimes.com. So what’s up with that?
November 18th, 2007 at 10:26 am
From the list of bloggers penalized this time around, it looks clear that Google is specifically targetting PPP posties.
November 18th, 2007 at 4:02 pm
Mine drop to PR0,
November 18th, 2007 at 4:23 pm
The funny thing is that when I went to your blog to check it was PR 0. After a few minutes when I went back, I saw at my status bar it had jumped to PR 1. Checked with LivePR.info and confirmed it is PR 1.
I wanted to add your blog into the PR0 list but looks like now I don’t have to.
November 19th, 2007 at 12:35 pm
Hi! Thanks for including my kicikmiao blog.
Hahaha! Guess nobody really want to be in that list for the sake of the GOOOOOgle PR.
We all have big Eggs for this, let’s “celebrate” in a different way!
November 26th, 2007 at 3:11 pm
Mine got a big slap from PR3 to PR0
PPP is a taboo keyword now. Let’s hope People Progress Party (PPP) or Pakistan People Party (PPP) are exempted from the slapping by Google
December 6th, 2007 at 5:25 pm
i also korsong liao -.-
January 1st, 2008 at 8:23 pm
I wonder, why this did not happen at any of my blogs?
